Amaranth is so easy to grow and it grows so fast. I grow it using half composted tree leaves or grass clippings covered by crushed straws. It normally will germinate within 3 to 4 days in June/July outdoor. There is no need to grow it as a microgreen.
Amaranth must be my favroutie plant. Look how beautiful it is, in all its forms.
