  1. Hello, I think I missed the boat! My Chamomile flowers are almost done blooming, are they still worth making tea out of them? Isn't Cham a perrenial? Thanks kid!

  2. Mexican markets mostly sells stem bundles with few bulbs for tea… I'll cut up the stems with bulbs, still makes great tea. Just an fyi. I've never had bitter stems before.

Mediterranean markets though sell only the bulbs.

  3. Once I harvest my chamomile I soak it in cold water for a min and drain, I keep repeating until water is clear…I do this because of the tiny little bugs that come out. They dry fine afterwards and only take 4 or 5 days at most….does this affect the taste afterwards?

  4. Can you please help me understand this? For pure dried chamomile tea, the buds without the petals are preferred or with petals? Which quality would you rate higher for chamomile tea?

  5. I found chamomile in my garden, clearly must be a volunteer because I have never had luck in the past with my own seeds. But they appeared in a space that will need to be tilled in the next couple weeks. I really don't want to loose these plants, can you tell me if I can dig them up and put them in another location in my garden?
