Join me as I plant Tiny Tim Tomato seeds two ways, in rockwool and on clay pebbles. This video covers the first three weeks from planting the seeds until they are ready to be transplanted into a hydroponic system. My next video will show the set up and transplanting the seedlings into their new home.

I’m excited for the follow up to this! Also, have you ever tried to grow hydroponic chamomile ?
Thank you Again!… Happen to have an Amazon link to those totes shown at the end of the video?
Your seedlings look great! I have 4 of these growing in pots (in dirt) and they have tomatoes on them. They’re inside under grow lights.
Hi Tikki! I love Tiny Tim tomatoes! Sweet little morsels on very compact plants. Thanks!☃️
Look forward to seeing your fix for the clay pebbles. I like the idea of not having to use rock wool but the clay pebbles seems more difficult. Great vid as always!
You are correct……VERY STRANGE….Perhaps this mystery will be solved or deepen in the next installment ?
I am so anxious for your next video update. Do you think it is necessary to have grow lights in order to grow lettuce and tomatoes indoors?
I'm from Kolkata, India. How could I get those tomato seeds?
Thank you! Any info is helpful now-a-days. I grew "micro" tomatoes this year and they did well in dirt outside. I'm hoping they do the same inside
I love your experiment.
Hi tikki. I'm a huge fan. Can you do a comparison of kratky contianer size / shape comparisons? Like the difference between a tall 1 gallon cylinder vs a short but wide 1 gallon square container?
I'm curious about the root ball length and width and how that affects growth
Oohh I can't wait to see what's next!
Just joined from Northern Kentucky! I've started seeds in clay pellets too. It seems to be iffy on how well they work but your video taught me a lot. I'm interested in how you're getting them to not fall through because I desperately want to try growing chives. Can I look forward to the next video. You've given a lot to think about. Thanks!
Kk❤️
Happy new year Tikki O. Do you use the grow lights when they’re first started?
I'm looking to grow the Tiny Tim Tomatoe plant. You mentioned you sterilize your clay pebbles in the oven at 400 degrees between uses. Can you tell me for how long?
What is your guess on how much nutrient water a Tiny Tim will used up for it's entirety until it's done? I am wondering if I can set it and forget it by using a large enough container from start to finish. Really informative videos 🙂
You're awesome! Much respect!!
