Your plates!!! I grew up with those plates!! Reminds me of my mom. She went to heaven 8 years ago on the 10th of March. She made the best food! Sure miss her cooking!
My mother would make a SPAM Loaf. She would place sliced SPAM in a loaf pan layer onion, spam, tomato, spam, bell pepper.. repeat until all spam is used top with ketchup cover and bake. It was not my favorite as a child . But I can still remember the strong smell and taste. I would enjoy making it now.
