The Urban Farmer is a channel dedicated to sharing the experiences and learnings from Curtis Stone and his urban farm Green City Acres in downtown Kelowna, BC, Canada. Last year Green City Acres grew over 50,000 lbs of food on less than an acre of land, using 100% natural, organic methods and only 80 litres of gasoline. Hey Curtis, I know this may be a little off topic but I am curious to know what you eat. why I'm asking this is the reason many people spend more for the stuff you grow is because of the nutritional value. i mean if you were to juice one of those flats of microgreens and add it to your breakfast smoothie for example you would be well ahead of the rest of us in getting some amazing nutrition that will be invaluable in boosting your own health
