VIDEO: I've been waiting for THIS! (Cook Sweet Potato Hash with me!) | VLOG

Sweet Potato Hash Recipe
3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
2 red apples, diced.
1 medium sweet onion, diced.
2 T. rosemary chopped
4-5 slices of bacon

Cook and crumble bacon. Reserve.
Heat 2 T oil in pan over medium. Add potatoes and apples. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and partially soft, about 15 minutes. Add onions. Continue cooking until potatoes are soft enough to be cut through. Add rosemary and bacon. Mix and serve with fried egg on top.

  1. I'm not a drinker, but pears canned in Bourbon or Rum are a delicious old victorian tradition and they're awesome! Lovely special dessert in the Winter! Some of my pears always go that way every year.

  2. Love them both but my favorite is "Real food comes dirty". Sweet Potato hash looks great. Going to try cooking our eggs your way. Do you throw out your egg shells? I rinse mine and save them. When I get a lot I put them in my blender and I have calcium for my garden at no additional cost. I just save it in quart mason jars. Blessings.

  3. Looks yummy. I know my crew will like it. Just as you said to put kale microgreens on top, I was thinking chopped kale in the hash and adding it toward the end of cooking to just let it get soft. Killer kitchen!

  8. That is exactly how I cook my eggs (except I use a clear glass lid so I can see when the whites are done). I like runny yolks but cooked whites.
