Hey Curtis, stoked to hear your gonna be in CA. I will try and attend one of your events. Is there a list of where you'll be and when?
I'm the most interested in infrastructure on your farms. Mainly water and environmental controls. I know you've hit on irrigation a lot but not so much on air flow, temp, and humidity.
I was wondering your take on the farming profession being a dying desired career. Do you see indefinite growth potential in urban farming even with the rise of technology in ag? Will appropriate technology empower the small farmer and bring back the desire to farm?

Hi Curtis, I would love to know how you keep your greens fresh, I find mine wilt within about half an hour of being picked if I don't wash them in cold water. You mentioned in a different video that you only wash greens when strictly necessary, what do you do instead to keep them from wilting?

Curtis – been watching your work from Wisconsin and I'm getting ready to launch my own venture…thanks for all of the great advice. The question is about tomatoes. JMFortier grosses $8,800 on a 100ft bed (in his book). You gross $825 (in your book) Multiply your 25ft bed by four (100ft) and you'd gross $3,300. Can you shed some light on your thoughts re. the difference? Lower yield w/ heirloom? Shorter harvest? Thanks!
