VIDEO: Genetically Engineered Foods & the Chronic Misrepresentation of Facts Part 2 Panel Discussion


Expert researcher and author of the book, “Altered Genes, Twisted Truth,” Dr. Steven M. Druker returned to UNCA in Asheville, NC, to speak about how the process of creating genetically engineered foods has subverted science, corrupted government, and systematically deceived the public. Jane Goodall calls his book, “One of the most important in the last 50 years, urging everyone who cares about life on earth to read it, to dispel the confusion and delusion that has been created regarding the genetic engineering process and the foods it produces”. Part 2 is the panel discussion with Steven, Pat Battle, Director of Living Web Farms, and associate professor of environmental studies at UNCA, Dee Eggers, Ph.D.

  1. @Living Web Farms , I have for many years boiled it down to the fact that many are DISALLOWED donating blood due to the fact that they possess virus/viruses which CANNOT/WILL NOT be "spun" out of their blood. This being the case, modification is a nightmare from start to finish… #RecklessAbandonment of life and the living as we have come to know it.

    THEN IF YOU SHOULD QUESTION THEM THEY DID THE OLD DEMONCRATIC TACTIC OF NAME CALLING AND LABELING..NO SCIENCE AT ALL…ZERO..

    I HATE DEMONRATS…THEY HAVE HID THEIR EVIL AND MADE US ALL BELIEVE THAT REPUBLICANS ARE THE GREAT EVIL…WHEN ALL THEY DID WAS GASLIGHT US..LIE TO US…SAYING REPUBLICANS WERE IN BED WITH BANKS…AND BIG BUSINESS…AND WORSE THROUGHOUT THEIR HISTORY…ZERO REPUBLICANS OWNED SLAVES…

  3. 1992 Statement of Policy: Foods Derived From New Plant Varieties:Plants are known to produce naturally a number of toxicants and anti-nutritional factors… which often serve the plant as natural defense compounds against pests and pathogens… Many of these toxicants are present in today’s foods at levels that do not cause acute toxicity… Plants, like other organisms, have metabolic pathways that no longer function due to mutations that occurred during evolution. Products or intermediates of some such pathways may include toxicants. In rare cases, such silent pathways may be activated by mutations, chromosomal rearrangements, or new regulatory regions introduced during breeding, and toxicants hitherto not associated with a plant species may thereby be produced.
