Thank you for a great video! Love thy our videos.
Awesome
I don't grow any of those …. how about a Mongolian Giant sunflower and a Mexican Sour Gherkin ~8^) Take care.
I'm glad I found another Tennesse channel. Interesting way to plant. I don't have the room for it. Great video
Lovely!! I'm learning to plant more for the just in case moment. Lol. I guess being a mother hen applies in everything. Pack more. You can never be to sure.
I hope the Conference was great! I was looking forward to some footage. Hope summer treats you well, all the best!
I was having a bad day. You and your uplifting video made everything better. Seeds of joy, maybe.
Oh thank you m so much for this video. I was second guessing myself on if my corn was tall enough yet to plant my pile beans and they are about as tall as yours so I went ahead and planted them and also planted my pumpkin seeds and I did cucumber on one side too. Hopefully that will work out
I was told to go with the beans once corn was a 1 ft tall. Yes life happens I haven't conquered 3 sisters .have learned alot from you and do appreciate that. Have 4 chickens learning everyday lol
I have missed you SO much! Lol I Love your Videos you Are me out and out I love everything that has to do with the farm!!!!
You did not plant the 3 sisters as a Navajo would they dig a hole about a foot deep and put a hand full of mixed seeds in the bottom the hole is catch rain water they never thin their way out produces all other tribe's for the amount of rain they get
We have just the opposite problem here in Mi. we are flooding out and its been cool. I lost my 1st crop of sweet corn because its so wet. Just replanted this last monday hopefully it will stay dry enough for this planting to come up.
You need to wear a hat, little missy.
Thank you for the up date
Patara, Love your garden, Sister (and your chicken saga). You were discussing the heat and lack of rain. Have you checked into the idea of watering with ollas? Preferably a setup that self-waters from a single location. From experience, ollas are great all the time, but especially in the desert or in droughts. The only time I would not recommend it is immediately after direct sowing your seeds. Those you still must direct water so they sprout, but once established the ollas are wonderful. (No more cracked tomatoes.) Hay/straw/wood chips is another wonderful idea too.
Keep up the great work. Love your videos!
Thanks for the update. Good tip, you never know what will grow.
I am interested in how it will all turn out, I am doing three sisters also but I planted corn in rows.
Does zucchini vine up i love eating but never had tried to grow it
I decided to do this with my 5 year old right after you planted your first video. My mounds are a tad smaller but I’m excited to see how it turns out.
Patara your videos are always interesting and helpful. Thank you!
Thanks for sharing
Do you bury the fish head and is there a certain type of fish you would want to use?
Thank you.
