Supplying adequate water to plants is essential to having a successful garden. In this video we demonstrate the best ways of watering your garden to give maximum benefit to your plants. We present an easy way to use old plastic bottles to keep plants well watered during hot weather along with advice on saving water and reducing plant diseases. In the second half of the video, we demonstrate how to plan and install a drip irrigation system that will automatically keep your garden well watered.

Nice video showing how easy drip is to install. It really does pay back the cost of the system by saving 50% of the wate to do the same or better job in the first year. Dripworks is an excellent source for products and information to help you pick out a long lasting system.
OK…I think I'm going to switch from plangarden to growveg now…

Never understood why to NOT water the leaves. For years, every time it rained, i would have to go out and wipe the leaves dry. After i stopped doing that and just let the leaves get wet, nothing changed.
Putting a plastic bottle in your garden is a no no. They get crushed, gunked, and they empty in about a half hour, at the very max. Then, to refill, you have to either dig them out, or mess with the cap and fill and replace the cap, while still in the ground. Why would you put plastic in your garden on purpose?
