Thanks Furgottenbear, yeah for those of us partial to Thai food this recipe really works well. We try and grow as much as we can, limes are easy to grow here (subtropical). Cheers 🙂
Great stuff Mark. For people without a dehydrator you can do it in the over. Low heat for a few hours until chewy. It won't store as long as it has more moisture but that won't be a problem.
