HOLY FUCK. 340-400 PPM is HORRRRIBLY CONTAMINATED!!! I drink only distilled. cause I thought 120ppm. Tacoma WA tap water was bad lol. I can only speculate that that's what's wrong with Californians . 10x the safe amount of fluoride in the water making y'all have a calcified pineal gland epidemic of staggering proportions. I challenge you to test your water for fluoride content and heavy metal and chlorine content as well!! water should read ZERO PPM . period. end of Story.95% of minerals come to our body's from our food. a plant is obviously a little different, HOWEVER. fluoride is RAT POISON !!! up until WWII when ….guess who. How far is light from babies? My cheap smd led always burns them when humidity drops low in my tent?

I'm about to grow seedlings indoor. I'm having a heck of a time figuring out what LEDwattage I need. My shelves are 15" apart, so I don't want to burn the seedlings.
