put the pulp and seeds into a jar with some water, then let ferment for 2 days, or until the seeds fall out of the pulp. Pour off any floating seeds and pulp and water. Rinse off seeds with fresh water. Pour through a sieve and let dry on kitchen paper towels. This will help to kill off any seed borne diseases. This also gets rid of the non-viable seeds.
Better IN the vegetable crisper man, the top of the fridge can get warm and in some cases hot, depends on your fridge
