Welcome back, not much to do in the garden at the moment so why not try this recipe, and yes it is a mixture of chocolate and courgette (zucchini) but it’s delicious and rich! Perfect with a bit of cream over too, why not give it a go and tell me what you think? Here are the all important ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Plain flour
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
2 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
3/4 cup Soft butter
2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla essence
2 tsp Grated Orange rind
2 cups Unpeeled coarsely grated zucchinis
1 cup Milk

Looks good! Will have to give it a try. In the states Bicarbonate of soda is called baking soda. I typically make something similar but without the cocoa powder. Thanks for the vid! – Holly
