Very nice video! Thanks for sharing it. Another good trivia about potatoes, if you make another video, is mentioning that like sweet potatoes, they are originally from the Andes, the areas that now are the southern regions of Peru and northern regions of Bolivia. And it is amazing how many more vegetables are in South America that we do not use as often in the Western World: yuca, oca, olluco, caihua, etc.

Organic farming does not mean "no chemicals". If there were no chemicals in your arrangement, there would be no food, because literally EVERYTHING is made of chemicals.
China grows the most potatoes yet I have never been to a Chinese restaurant that served potatoes. Now that is bizarre….

Question; I forgot some seed potatoes in my root cellar , I found them yesterday and they all grew very long vines from each potato in the dark cellar.. I was amazed to see this, however, I want ahead and planted the vines in my garden

Will this work in a container? I've just started growing tomatoes, though never grown anything before. I want to do potatoes and carrots too. Though mice at my seedling carrots! Can any/all potatoes sprout eyes and be used to grow? I'm new to all this. Thank you.
Are you sure about your statistics? No country produces and eats more potatoes than Peru!
