Looking great! I guess Summer is getting close there. We are seeing the signs of Fall here – it might be coming early for Northern Virginia. My Rose of Sharon's already getting some yellow leaves & dropping them. Take care Mark – and YES that was a lucky toad! LOL!
Never enough compost is there?!? I dream of the day I have too much…but no such thing as too much compost 😀 I do the same as you, no sifting just take it and lay it on top of the beds, nature's going to take care of the rest. That toad was really lucky!!!

I love the new compost bays! I wish we had some toads around here. We have plenty of slugs for them to eat.
