Seems the moles are helping you. Now if you could just train them to pull that barrow up to the garden your on a winner 😉
Isn't it fantastic how nature can pull the nutrients out of the soil with deep rooted plants like Dandelion, and when they cant reach further the wildlife pulls it from even deeper. <3 Nature.
Looks great soil you have:)
Hi Huw. I loved the shots of the stone building, chickens, and meadow. Yeah, there's definitely no need for you to spend money on soil. The soil in the meadow looks great!

Hello Dave! Wow those are some moles!!! Beautiful dirt in the fields. What a wonderful exercise in making use of it in your raised beds!!!

Now that's being resourceful! Thanks for sharing!
I've never seen mole hills like that! I thought they were cow patties…hahahahaha
You have quite a creative way of gardening. It was very interesting to watch you in your video. I know several farmers who have meadows near their vegetable garden and use the mole hills in a similar manner to you. Luckily, I am not bothered by moles and can not utilize your creative gardening method.
Great innovation!
The one dislike on this video was made from one the moles lol
great idea, using mole hill dirt. thank you.
you gotta get an ATV with a little dumping trailer man! Or maybe even a tractor with a wide bucket on the front
Very interesting to see this. Are those mouns from moes living beneath shifting up the soil as it dig for worms.
Go to woodprix if you'd like to build it yourself.
Good looking soil there! My dream is to visit Wales! Beautiful l!
Nice video Huw, would love to be able to obtain free soil, the best I can do is get Horse manure from a friend, I have a compost bin it's not enough for a keen gardener like me – Geraint
One of the videos I watched said that mole hill soil should not be used. Sorry, but I can't remember the source.
