VIDEO: Recycled Window Greenhouse Build 2

Looks great, going to do you well ๐ Keep at it and thanks for sharing.
Looking good. Happy Thanksgiving. Best wishes Bob.
Looks good enough to make me jealous.
That's a great idea for the gutter and black barrels! Water and thermal mass at the same time! What are you going to do for the floor — gravel?
Coming along well. I just want to mention that the thermal mass water barrel thing is fine however it can also become a thermal sink and sap warmth out of the greenhouse. Also takes up growing space. Keeping some of the floor bare or covered with stones (I use quarter minus gravel) can help thermal retention and it handily radiates upwards to the rest of the space. ๐
Looking good James! I may do something similar on a much smaller scale with several used storm windows I've collected.
Brilliant, well done! Thumbs up and Greetings from Ireland! ๐ Happy New Year! ๐
We're doing something similar. We are using brick for flooring. We were able to pick up a truck load of old bricks for cheap, so will use those for heat retention in the floor. That's for the idea of the rain cache. We have an old barrel that will work perfect!
I did a recycled plastic window green house for my dad. I've got a quick video on here. It's worked out pretty well.
I think it would be really cool if you could do a keyhole Garden hugelkulture style to increase thermal mass and to lower the need for irrigation and i always suggest people to go twice as deep as most commercial raised beds to really get the full effects of hugelkulture you'll thank me for years to come as every year gets sweeter and better
Hi James! Your voice is neutral here compared to your newer videos. I like your excited voice better โบ๏ธ. This makes me realize that I have to speak more excitedly in my classroom, so thanks for the lesson. By the way, I also like the build of your greenhouse. I enjoy your videos.
How is that a green house with zero sun the location is not
