  1. If you're leaving the roots of the spinach to regenerate, do you break of the spinach leaf or snip it with a tool or what? Will all spinach regenerate if the roots remain? Thank you.

  2. Was that snow piling up on the top of the greenhouse? How do these plastic covers and this shape handle the snow? It seems to me that there's an "almost flat" area at the top that could end up collecting a lot of snow – do you have to keep your eye on and manage this?

  3. This info is very help full I wish I have seen this 4weeks earlier .i did start some fall crops but not a lot. How much of the plant do I have to leave when I harvest .i think I took to much and it may not grow back .should I leave one leaf on each plant?i have to harvest buy hand

  4. Hey Curtis did I hear you right that you can not grow spinach in the summer? Is that from a business standpoint or is that from a it just bolts standpoint. I was going to ask if you had a suggestion for me being able to grow spinach in the summer in FL for myself and family. I have not invested in shade cloth and other things. My garden is very small and I am just trying to save money on groceries. Thanks 🙂

  5. Very nice videos, thank you! Do you have any experience with growing Komatsuna (Brassica rapa var. perviridis), Japanese spinach. If yes, which one tastes better? Komatsuna or Tatsoi

  6. Every time I look at pictures or watch a video on YouTube I see Spinach grown quite close together, but what I have read online says that the need space of 12 Inches! This is leaving me quite confused as I am a new grower, If anyone can put my mind at rest what is best.
