You gave quite a show with all the yummies, and to top it of you used vegan mayonnaise and vegan marshmallows! I can go back to my marshmallow recipes now that I know they have vegan option.
Both the dip and the dessert looked fabulous. I definitely will have to try the dessert. I am sure your food was the best of the party and gobbled up quickly. I liked how you identified that you had nowhere to go after the party. Both of you could have fun and run home to your cozy bed! I hope you had a blast! Again, Happy New Year!

I ran across one of your videos while researching van builds and have spent all my free time the last couple of days watching the whole series – they are informative and lots of fun. I get so tired of people who take an hour to present 15 minutes of information, but yours keep moving nicely, and you could do a comedy show if you get tired of your current jobs. We van camp (the research is for new ideas for our next van) and one thing we find really helpful are headlamps. We started using them backpacking, but now use them all the time instead of flashlights. You might find them easier to use than a flashlight when cooking. (Although I realize that since you're going to a party that it would mess up your hair in this instance.)
Sorry for commenting twice on one post, but I make rice krispie treats all the time and it is easier to add the rice krispies to the marshmallow pan. The residual heat in the pan makes them easier to mix, and the straight sides of the pan help keep the cereal from spilling over the sides. The some more pinwheel idea is terrific, I'm going to try it myself.
