  1. We make the original Vietnamese bubble tea with it which is steeped with Chinese red haw apple then shaken with ice to make the bubbles. It was originally sold roadside to school children on their way home. I've also made excellent wine with it and was really happy to find out they do it in Thailand too

  2. i make my jam sugar free, using natural sweetener + lime juice, some rosella i dry in dehydrator to use as a tea later. though my rosella bushes last only 1 year and i have to replant them every year from seeds, even though i live in subtropical australia 🙂

  3. I’m just discovering this and I have a few questions. After the jam is made, what is the proper way to store it so make sure that it doesn’t go bad? Is it shelf stable or does it need to be stored in a refrigerator?

  4. Glad to see another Aussie who dident water bath can after you bottled. I've been making this jam and others for years like 30 yrs never done anything other then sterilize everything. Never had a bad batch ever, my jams keep a good year and a half. Just as good then as it is when I make them. Awsome.

As We are seeing the effects of life and wealth loss for the past 6 months and it will take a few more months to years to recover from COVID-19. The mask is the problem to prevent progress in every aspect. But the MASK is inevitable to avoid COVID19 and its financial impact.

It came to my notice from wikipedia that ROSELLE TEA ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roselle_(plant) ) may block SARS Cov2 BY BLOCKING the Human ACE2 RECEPTORS.

So many things claimed to protect from COVID-19 in various places including from India. Fortunately Roselle tea is published in “US pubmed” regarding this Roselle tea. It is useful in influenza and so.

Will ROSELLE TEA block NOVO CORONA VIRUS2? Difficult to say. But simple questionnaire will give us the clue. Let us discuss the thing.

ROSELLE Tea is the one used to be taken regularly by the people in some countries like Mexico Panama Egypt ect.. Those people can give us feed back for this question. If they got COVID 19 even if they are drinking Roselle tea regularly means it is useless against SARS CoV2. IF they did not get covid19 even though their family members and their neighbour got it then this survey will give us the CLUE to think about it.

I tried to send this letter to the Indian government. All state government health concerned authorities. All countries health authorities. Including USA CDC. WHO. GERMANY ITALY. BRAZIL EGYPT etc.. Lufthansa. Alitalia.etc.. so far i did not get any reply. I tried all these 5 months from April 2020.

I was so exited when i gone through literature. All the correspondance through the email addresses. Facebook etc. CCMB has the capacity to do this simple job through CCMB network internationally.

It may be 100% worth or else some clue. but it is worth a survey. It costs nothing, no research. No vaccine. no injection. No tablet required except simple survey.

    Thank you. Jai Hindh.

  6. Thank you for the video. To harvest it not too ripe is important, otherwise it is not so smooth. And the seed pods give the pectin. I am not sure if it thickens as well when you remove the seed pods before boiling.
