Pak choy microgreens, also known as bok choy or asian cabbage, are a fantastic microgreen to grow for beginners. They’ll take about 8-9 days to get to a harvestable stage, although you can grow them past that timeframe if you wish!

most of tutorials about harvesting microgreens i see uses knife…and i wonder if the results would be different if scissors were used instead to cut it off
