Cobblers are a historical dessert for Appalachia. The beauty is that you can make any variation you like! In the winter, we make them in our Lodge Dutch Oven and bake it on our wood stove, but tonight we are in the kitchen. Here is how my family makes ours and we change the fruit styles many times! So easy to make and oh, so yummy.
Enjoy and thanks for watching! xo

is the flour all purpose?
Love cobbler great recipe tfs
Looks good.
I've made this recipe for many years. We call it Magic Cobbler. We use Red Raspberries most of the time as our bushes produce lots each year.
You can use a whisk to "sift" the flour in the bowl.
Omg that looked so good. I love fresh warm cobbler. My favorite to make is blueberry and blackberry mix.

I have 13 hens hatched July 22 ,15. They have been laying 13 or 12 eggs a day sense November. About 3 weeks ago their
auto watering got turned off. They went down to 4 eggs when I found the water problem. I fixed the problem about a week ago
but they have not recovered. today only 5 again. How do I get the production back up?
Simple and delicious, definitely a keeper. Janice

Hi it’s Christina’s Healthstead hahaha. Yummy looking for health… comfort food for sure. Ty
Patara, I love that you offer such versatility with your recipes, and I can count on them to be easy, quick and always delicious. I was at the Farmer's Market today, and they had fresh peaches to the moon and back……and I didn't buy any. Now I need to go back (17 miles!) and buy some so I can make this delicious cobbler! I would've never thought of the cherry with the peaches, but it looks to die for-so you know I am going to have to make this! Thanks for all you do for us!!
Do you cook your apples before putting them in your cobbler?

I’m starving now.
