In this VLog we visit Mark’s kitchen where a whole ton of organic limes are squeezed and made into cordial plus we check out the vegetable garden, ducks, chickens, and several other homesteading things.

You Mark, are a joy to watch and learn from- I do hope you keep producing videos on the allotment as they can’t be beat! Thanks for all that you do for us!
How to use best growing
i love how u can just wander around your garden and hand pick fresh veggies for dinner
Instead of using sugar, try using Sukrin sugar a natural product but with out the calories.
Sweet limeade dreams Mark, my mouth is watering thirsting for some limeade now!
How long can this uncooked lime cordial be stored in the cupboard without refrigeration? When is it required to be stored in refrigerator at all at any time?
So did the Broncos win?
totally awesome stuff buddy. got the idea to make lime spread from the juice…using the lemon spread recipe…motivated I set to the task and woow it came out noicee:}.you inspire me…totally.
and it has got only sugar in it not other flavors or additives or preservants or other E -es
Thanks for the info as I'm about to harvest my orange tree and make cordial I usually heat the syrup but this time I'll be trying ur cold method
Love to see how things are done with fruits and veggies in other countries, we have to pay a lot for lemons, limes, olives so only get them once in a while. Thanks
Fabulous video Mark. My gardening spirit is rejuvenated whenever I watch you and I find it hard to watch to the end (but I always do) as I get antsy to get outside and into my garden.
U make super videos. Thanks bro
Limeaid
Most of the citrus vitamins are in the peel which sadly ends in the compost heap. To sun dry the peels 1st remove all the white flesh. Cut the peel into thin slices and leave to dry in a sunny dry spot covered with fine netting for a week or two. The process can ge spead up over night in an oven on its lowest setting
Do you ever save some of your limes for for their zest when cooking?
I make lemonade and substitute honey for sugar.I don't know if it would effect the taste of limes. My line trees are young and haven't produced more than 10 limes a piece. They are Persian limes first year in north Florida and growing nicely
Theres nothing wrong with being a home dad. My brother is as well! He does amazing and has raised his kids just right. I appreciate what you do so much. You've taught me loads of new stuff
YUUUUUM nice dinner.
GREAT videos. I'm so glad I'm an Aussie.
Why vinegar when you have all that fresh lime?
I've never seen a yellow lime before. Thank you for showing them to us.
Could this be done with lemons? And could honey be used instead of sugar?
So if you heated up on stove you don’t add any water?
Love the channel, but didnt love the comment about kids. You were right initially, get them trained. My brother never involved his kids in anything as they were growing up and i watched my 23 year old nephew jump and drop a drill when the sound scared him just this past weekend. He had to help replace a shower head a few weeks ago. Im a 'if ya want it done right…' person too, but you owe it to your kids to get them involved. Teach them. Show them a little hard work doesnt hurt.
so that won't mold?
how long does it take the citrus peels to break down?
