  1. I just started watching your food challenge series again! I really enjoyed these videos! I know it was really hard but you learned so much as we did as well!

  2. I have cast iron and the steel carbon, I use the steel carbon daily now it’s my favorite. I love watching you and learning from you. Ow if you could lone me energy hahaha thank you for what you do.

  3. Pretty new to your channel and I loved watching the 1st day of the FSC! What a great idea to educate people who don't know much about country ways and aren't sure about what to store and how/when to use it. Just day one seemed like a lot of work so for those people who think having a Youtube channel is easy – nuh uh. You have to be the writer, director, star, videographer, film editor and commentator. Very nicely done Patara.

  4. Love watching your video's…so interesting and I love the down to earth feel / way of your lifestyle…wish I was there!!! Also, if no one has ever told you…I have to compliment you on your beautiful smile…my gosh your teeth are so beautiful ..straight and so intensely white!

  5. Going back and watching all of your older vids! Blessings Loved the video, I grew up cooking on a wood stove. I still love to cut wood with an ax and split kindlin. I wish I could write a book about my life, I was actually born in a barn, cause that's where Mama and Daddy started out! It would be a very long book because my story still goes on, grandbaby # 19 is now 11 weeks old! I'm sure Blessed!

  6. Don't know if you all have a smoke house yet, but we made one out of a old freezer that quit working. Drilled a hole in the bottom, put a stove pipe through the hole and lit a fire in a old grill. works wonderful.
