  1. This is such a gift you're giving us, Ben. There are exersizes everywhere but i can't do most of them. I don't have any equipment and i don't need to burn any fat or gain enormous muscles. I will be doing the entire routine tomorrow morning. The breathing exersizes have helped me enormously through the day. I'm happy to hear there are more videos coming. That is very generous of you. Thank you.

  2. these were very informative videos. I'll practice these methods and hope them improve my constant muscle soreness. As a chef by trade and hobbyist gardener, I need to take care of my body.

  3. its such an amazing thing to live in this time! a time where information such as presented here which took training and study and development and trial testings etc. is shared freely for nothing more than the intended benefit of all who would care to listen.
Ben thank you for sharing what youve learned and for your time and effort. this was really well put together, very concise and easy to understand. thanks again! take care!
