Beautiful cucumbers
Was waiting for a snake to come out of the squash plants.
How do y’all keep squash borers away? I don’t stand a chance with zucchini. Even butternut squash gets destroyed by those in my garden.
Oh, if only I could have the thrill of harvesting such variety… Last year, we had LOTS of cucumbers- for the first time in my life (over 60). And all those zucchini! Yet, we have never had any luck growing them. Maybe this year, now that I am watching this channel! LOL
Good video, huge zucchinis incredible, I just looked up on Google that the leaves of zucchini are edible for salads or greens in a soup, the younger leaves are not bitter the older leaves are bitter but I'm sure you can boil out the bitterness when you boil them in water have the zucchini leaves!

We also have a lot of big zucchinis from our zucchini plants. They are easy to grow and they product a lot! Everyone should try it.
Pick them earlier then they won’t get so big.and taste better.
Pick them smaller .

That really was epic. Far away from my garden working on an island ….. at least I've started to bury vegetable scraps in the sandy Rocky ground …. local plant species to research and put in my tiny backyard . No moisture in the ground

You needed to pick them sooner. Too big they are not good tasting for fresh eating.
