I guess the sage is put in when they make the sausage. Looks really good.
Make these at Christmas and family love them. Just a note. If you take them to a party let everyone know what they are made of. I took them to a holiday party at work and was told they were the worst tasting cookies ever. LOL. When I let them know what they were they loved them.Was teased at every party after that. Funny memories to love.

These sausage balls look delish, Miss P. We make them on Christmas Eve for our "buffet." But never have I heard of the strawberry jam to go with them-how could that happen? I've lived in the South all my life?!! O' well, you know that will be in a little dish as a "dippin' sauce" this Christmas Eve! Thank you for something new.
