  1. I love cooking like this. My biggest mistake most of the time, it not writing it down. They become a one time wonder. Write these ideas down, even if it's just something simple and add it to a notebook to refer back to it. Looks yummy Patara!

  2. I love my Vidalia chopper. I buy peppers when they are on sale, chop them on the large setting and then chop up my onions on the smaller grid. I fill up 2 bags, one with peppers (all colors!), and one with onions and toss them in the freezer. Really saves time when I am in a hurry!

  3. Looking good! I make this often and I have always used regular sliced bread, instead of bisquick. I just place the bread onto a buttered baking dish, pour the rest of my ingredients on top of bread, and set in fridge overnight, then bake the next morning. I'm gonna try this tomorrow, I got spinach that needs using, that would be great!

  4. I start with onions and garlic then I put in what evers in the fridge. Playin it by ear is how I was raised to cook… my kids always said it may not look good. but it always tastes good. 🙂

  5. just depends on how hungry every one is. on how much ya put in.and that's how ya learn. and I love the baby chick. yes I was thinking 20 min was not enough time because ya have many layers. I agree 40 mins. looks good. Merry Christmas from Seattle.

  6. I truly enjoy your channel. My Daddy's family is from Niota, just down the road from you, Our family cemetery is at Pond Hill. I love being able to look at your land. It brings back many wonderful family memories of visit the family land. Also, I've got a vidalia chopper which I used almost every day. So easy to use and clean up. Keep your vids coming!! Happy, Healthy New Year to you and your family.

  7. Patara, Thank you for sharing with us! How in the world you do everything I don't know. I am 63 and newly retired. Just waking up to what I should have learned when I was younger.

  8. What a great idea! This will make for a perfect Sunday brunch. Assemble the night before, add eggs and bisquick in the morning and bingo! Looks like a real crowd pleaser, for sure!

  9. I'm sitting here eating my first meal of the day, in the time of Covid 19. Playing catchup with some of your older vids about cooking. Everything looks delish. People laugh when I tell them my favorite meat of all is wild hog. And, there isn't much meat that I haven't tried. x, E.

  10. I have to say I’ve not made this yet but I’ve been following you long enough to want to put one in my oven. Mind you the pork and eggs won’t measure up to yours. Thank you
