so the soil I use has a ph of 5 is that still ok
I planted three pineapple seeds, only one sprouted. Also rooting three pineapple tops, but in the early stage.
Grow it app link is not good
What happened to the grow it app? Is there a new app that you use with similar features?
Would root hormone help with the rooting?
Other people say the opposite. How do we know which way to go? So confusing.
My pineapples are almost a year old. They’re in about 12 inches pot. Right now it looks like they are slowing down… are they a slow grower?? When can I repot them and what size can I move up to? 14,16 inches pot good? Will they get a lot of shock from upgrading their new home?? I also have a plastic wine barrel that is 19” wide and 12” H will it be too big???

But what is the best soil, as far as brands? New-time planter and they all look the same.
It took over 8 years for my pineapple to fruit the first time. It fruited again 2 years later with 3 pineapples. I have pruned it back from it's dead shoots and other unruly ones this year. The plant is around 12 years old now and I will keep it until one of us dies which honey is not very happy about. /snicker

Hi! I am growing a pineapple from a store bought one. It is doing really well and I started it in September 2020!! But someone recently told me that the fruit it produces will only be ornamental? Is that true?? It kind of crushed me.
I will be back in two years o see if it worked can someone remind me
