I've grown Hakurei Turnips for over 25 years. And people love their crunchy sweetness. The thing that surprised me was that once one of my crew members let me know that they felt their tops, their greens, are the tastiest cooking green! Hakurei Salad Turnip seeds are quite expensive but a foodie or a restaurant could help you get more $'s is they use that part of the plant, too.
Great work I enjoy your farming procedure have you tried chia seed sprout if not why not give it a try .

Just a question out of curiosity (absolutely not trying to be a smartass). Why not greenhouse the whole thing? And maybe use a hydroponic system on the slow growing ones? Wouldn't it be more secure overall against the weather and insects?
You mention selling to chefs and restaurants a lot. Do you have a video on how people new to harvesting crops can market and sell to restaurants and chefs successfully?
