This is the Sunrise Lime tree and fruit – it’s a great food plant/fruit tree to grow in the home garden or on your homestead and one of the best citrus fruits I have tasted!

Love your videos Mark you're awesome!
Could you maybe do a video sometime on just how self-sufficient you are?
For example how much produce, meat etc do you buy at the grocery store versus homegrown
good day Mark !! I love all fruit trees and bushes, I have quite a few myself !! thanks for sharing your knowledge and as always happy gardening !!
I didn't know there were so many different types of citris. Here in the stores we mostly just have clementine type oranges, naval oranges, 1 type of lime, 1 type of lemon…
Thank you for sharing! It looks delicious! I wish that I could grow ANY kind of citrus, but I get hard freezes in my area, so I will have to just watch you and enjoy that!
can I grow a sunrise lime in Fresno CA
Loved your intro!
They look interesting where did you get your tree Mark? Kate
Loved the video mate, how long have you been growing your own fruit and vegetables? Do you have an irrigation system for all your plants? Keep up the good work mate! 😉
I'm obsessed with the finger lime. I'm have to get some seeds for all the different colors..
Got to do an alcoholic video, m8!
I have been doing Reishi mushroom pressure cooker extraction with vodka. Believe you can do lemon chello the same way. Cream lemon chello needs to have acid buffered with bicarb to stop cream curdling.
Seems like another different variety of kumquat. Still a kumquat.
LOVE IT! Would love to here more about Native Varieties and some insights into commercial horticulture. Love your work Mark.
Where can i buy an outback lime tree? Ive been looking for one but can't find any reliable sellers….
Hi Mark could I ask a question please we have one of these trees which is fruiting well and growing well, foliage is a beautiful colour. The fruit is abundant but it is very dry to eat, we had one in WA and it was similar except it was sweet and juicy. We are in Queensland so the climate is suitable but can't find any reason for it being dry and bland, hope you can suggest a fix thanks.
Love your work. Had to have a sunrise lime tree after watching this. I am now wait for it in the mail. What an interesting citrus !!!
Hello, I am Lautaro from Argentina, I am trying to collect citrus from the world but it is half difficult since I do not have access to rare varieties, if someone can help me in exchanging or selling seeds of rare varieties I would appreciate it.
Where can i get one? 🙂
Cheers Mark. I just bought one today based on your recommendation. Can't wait for it to grow 🙂
Please do a video about your finger lime. I'm in California and we just bought a finger lime from a local nursery. It's a beautiful little tree and I want to be sure we're caring for it how it needs to be cared for. We have to keep it in a container for the time being, so if you have tips on how to keep it healthy in a container, I'd love to see them!
Where did you get your outback lime? I’ve been looking for months now. Fellow Brisbanite here!
I honestly want to know if I could order seeds from him or something
Hello, my name is Lautaro and I am from Argentina. I am a Citrus collector and I am amazed by the native species of Australia, unfortunately they do not reach my country. That's why I'm writing to you, sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to know if you could help me with my search.
What do they do with all that fruit? Do they sell the surplus?
Theres lime bush I've seen growing in alot of places in queensland. It has small round green/yellow fruit that go great in beer and grows like a pest.
Never heard of that one and can't find it here in the US.
Citrus australasica or finger lime cross with citrus calamondin/kalamondin or mini orange give you a sunrise lime if you want some random feedback
cant wait until mine grows i have cumquats as well
You have a Aussie desert lime in your collection?
