Great vid and info! Sicilian fingerling eggplant. It looks very similar to yours so I suspect it’s a varietal of some sort. I was not sure when to harvest but the key seems to be soft, great colour, and shine . Right?

I just harvested a few eggplants that is very bitter. I picked then late because they are very small. I bought the large variety but they did not get as big as stated. Can I get sick from eating a n over ripe bitter eggplant ?

Great music, great energy, keep up the good work! I did pots this year to keep off the ground and have had the longest wait for harvest. I can’t believe mid July and I have only ate 2 peppers 🙁 I have pepper plant, bell pepper, squash, eggplant, sweeet potatoes.
I grew an eggplant for the first time. I was hoping it would get larger, but saw it was loosing the purple so harvested right away. My daughter wants to cook Eggplant Parmesan, however she is out of town. How can I keep it for a few days until she comes home in 4 days.
