Great video! How does your lettuce stay fresh? Lettuce is pretty perishable. I see you're using regular unbreathable plastic baggies, so the get condensation on the inside? Does the greens wilt?
You are so thorough and organized – awesome to see it in an overview.
if yall dont do markets really any more do yal just sell them to restraunts an stuff
Curtis that is a really cool video. You are fun to watch !! Thanks man!
Forgot the cash box, forgot the cash box.
super smart set up! I love this. Looking forward to trying my hand at selling produce this year for the first time!
Wow looks amazing
you said in one video to pile it high and watch it fly but you do the exact opposite in this video.
What temperature do keep your walk in cooler?
Wow didn't know it was possible to haul that much with a bike.
Where is a good place to start to purchase all of your equipment
INSANE how much those two little shelves changes the level of professionalism and aesthetic

Why do you not do Farmers Markets anymore?
I am calling the state and county and checking all your permits. This cant be legal.

This is such a great and in depth video. You're awesome! Aloha from Maui:)
I used to assemble tents for swap meet vendors and also use to set up and work on a farmers market tent. This info is priceless, people dont realize how long it takes to get this simple system all set up and going. You giving it all chewed up for us, thanks. Mean bicycle, right on
