BTW, I think you need to put more water into the hyacinth jar (to within a couple of mm of the base of the bulb).

The sweet peppers look great Adam. I've heard of the peppers in the packet also being called "Peter Peppers," they are probably the same thing. Good luck with the hyacinth 🙂
