This is why I love permaculture. Just simple yet genius. You know it'd be cool if you did a video on how to deal with deer in permaculture. When we planted fruit trees we have to cage them because the deer just demolished them, but i thought a fella could plant artic kiwi at the t post and then use the cage as a trellis, but maybe there's better way to keep the deer at bay. Our county has a quota of 5000 does so we have a big population
Great tip Clint. Give Chinese yams a try too. I have them growing up trees all over the farm. Careful though, they reseed readily.
