Going to try this method to propagat comfrey across my Permaculture system with comfrey tractors.
So, if I understand this right: the roots grow out of the holes into the ground and when you remove the bucket you'll leave behind roots? That's genius. Can the roots in the bucket handle the freezing or does your mix insulate it enough?
Super excited to see if this works!! Such a fun and potentially time saving idea.
