I'm home with a cold now and this is thought-provoking and soothing to watch. Thank you all for sharing this and other workshops!
I get painful headaches similar to Pat more often now than before. Please make video instructions on the technique massage used to relieve some of the edge off headache please. I don’t use medication to relieve pain. Thanku so much
This is just what the alternative doctor ordered! 🙂 I'm nursing a cold now, and this information is greatly appreciated. Can't say enough good things about Living Web Farms! I've been a fan for quite some time, and I must say that over the past few months, your youtube videos have gotten even better! Don't get me wrong, the content has always been great. Something just feels different–it feels better! They are more enjoyable to watch. It's remarkable how quickly you've been producing them lately too. Keep 'em coming! Thanks a million!
As a student of TCM for years, I was pleased to learn methods from this video. I have gained a wealth of information, thanks to LWF. I second Marilyn's comment about the betterment of these videos. It's apparent that a lot of time and energy goes into making them, from planning for the workshop to their creation and publication. As much as I liked it, I am sorely disappointed that this was the only video included in the newsletter this week. Hate to sound like a crabby fuddy duddy, but I guess I've been spoiled with the past several editions.
I aim to get either an acupuncture treatment or a massage biweekly, so it was great to learn from these two professionals about cold care. Speaking of professional, I agree with the below comments about the highly professional quality of this video. I've been watching your videos for a while, and the improvement is obvious. This is coming from someone who watches their fair share of videos, many of which are Living Web Farms'. I plan to implement these tips, as well as what I learned from your Wim Hof videos, in hopes of boosting my immune system.
