I grew a couple of great mother of vinegars that will be very helpful for the future, but I didn’t ferment the tastiest vinegar. But you can get a feel for what is involved with my video diary, even if these aren’t great instructions.
And I still do love the idea of apple cider vinegar that is made out of left over apple scraps like cores and peels. I might just need to work on perfecting it. Luckily, there is 52 Fridays a year, so I have some time, lol.
