Very informative update on the chicken run/coop! I continue to be amazed at the ingenuity you all show in building and keeping up your backyard homestead! I would probably design the coop first, then cut to fit, but how smart to think of the dimensions of the wood first, then build to make the best use of the wood and keep waste to a minimum! It is amazing how different minds work! Nice going Al! So how long to the chickens live? When they stop laying eggs, do they become fried chicken? You guys do an amazing job. I continue to be impressed with the passion you all have for the lifestyle you have chosen!!!

Pretty good sized. Like the design on your coupe. Nice secure door. You got 3 eggs! Some of them have been around for a while. Good idea on the shade tarp. A lot of my yard is becoming garden too. That's a nice set up Lea. I've been thinking about getting chickens. Thank you!
