In this video we attempt to grow white button mushrooms from a kit. Mushrooms grow quickly compared to most fruits and vegetables, and don’t take up precious space in your garden.

grow magic mushrooms they're much better.
hi adam it looks easy so i might try it , can't wait to see how yours turn out .
I have not tried those, but sure want to now! I'm looking forward to seeing the progress! Your cat had me laughing…how is it they want to get into exactly what they shouldn't?? Have a great rest of the week:))
I've thought about growing them before but hadn't bothered as I could never find a packet of mushroom seeds, after seeing this I realize what a fool I was. I hope you've put that tray somewhere where the cat isn't going to poop in it, either that or get one of the servile staff members to keep an eye on it.
This is a good vid mate and I look forward to seeing next week's scintillating installment which will hopefully include yourself sampling the featured fungus that is currently growing in the rather dodgy looking peat. -William
Nice video. You seem like a really fungi to hang out with
The internet was developed for publication of cat videos. Especially those that are high on mushrooms. LOLOLOL Just kidding. I'm looking forward to the results of your fastidious fungi endeavors. Cheers, Adam!
Wilkos have a mushroom kit in store, I was nearly tempted into buying oje the other day. Keep us posted with your progress. Matt
my wife reckons I can grow mushrooms in my socks after barrowing horse manure on the plot. lol……………..brian
I really didn't know we could grow our own mushrooms! I thought it was all scientific lol I may just try this looks like a fun little project. Have a great day.
Aww, what a cute cat! I hope he got to play in the box for a while. I grew button mushrooms many years ago, kept in the cupboard under the kitchen sink, and it worked very well. Then a while back I bought one of those logs injected with oyster mushroom spores, which gets left outside in a hedge. It was expensive, but never produced a single thing.
I tried mushrooms last year and got about 3 lol I might give it another go
Good luck with this one Adam. Certainly a different way to starting mushrooms… Hopefully you will a stellar crop!
Tried mushroom growing fromhttp://bayoffungi.ca/ not really a big success, but was quite easy to get started
Cheers
