  1. Love you and your video's Patara! Also the the 2nd and 3rd on the bottom and the 2nd on the top on the right side look like small mangos.

  2. Is it safe for the egg to mark it with a Sharpie? I know you have been doing it, but I would think the chemicals from the ink could bleed through the shell. I'm just curious. Thanks

  3. I was told to mark eggs with pencil only as the inks contain components that could go through the shell and harm the chicks. I’m assuming that is a myth?

  4. That's awesome Lady P !!!!! Can't wait to see them hatch!!!! I need to purchase an Incubator , waiting to build a separate coop/s and decide what breed or breeds to go with!!!!! Thanks for your inspiring videos!!!!!!

  5. I'm excited for your eggs even if they are half breeds! 😉 If 10 chicken eggs fit well in this incubator how many quail eggs do you think would fit? Just curious….. Thank you for sharin', I appreciate it. 🙂

  6. Really excited here on our farm , a friend is selling us a pair of Black Copper Marans at a good price. Had wanted to get them before but felt they were a little pricey. It’s amazing how God opens doors for us at just the right time ,even with animals on the farm. Enjoyed the video.

  7. Patara, do you find that a cuckoo maran can lay as of dark of an egg as the black copper maran? We just added a few CM this year but jyst can not justify yet the price of the BCM' s. Hopefully next year…..

  8. Marking the eggs…hugs & kisses that made me chuckle. I run a 32 hen egg Brinsea automatic. Great machine have hatched ducks, guineas & hens in it.
