Hi, I enjoy your video.s. You are one of the reasons I’m making an effort this year. My first garden in about 40 years. I planted everything too close together and no trellises.. I’m frantically trying to tie up indeterminate tomatoes (who knew). My cukes are being overshadowed by two zucchini plants that are producing. Qusion – can I move my flowering cucumbers or should I wait until next year and plan better?

Thank you for the informative video! My cucumbers grew well beyond what I expected. As a first time gardener I did not realize they'd be so prolific. Thank you for the tips! I will definitely buy trellises next year for the cucumbers to climb and use up vertical space as they are crowding out my other plants. Love the tip about picking them often as I had no idea. Really helpful video!
My main problem with my garden is no bees. I can't remember the last time I saw a honeybee. I did just recently read about mason bees so will try that next year.

How do I know which flowers r male and female?
I got my ONLY first pickling cucumber and the dam things HUGE off the charts huge lol idk what I did right or wrong any tips? Where can I find a great pickling recipe?
What about our random burnt yellow leaves?? Our cucumbers are growing with our pumpkins and they are overshading everything underneath it – should I clip them to allow some sunshine down there??

Thanks for the cucumber ips, James. I did grow mine up trellises, and spaced apart, but I did not know that business about letting a cucumber grow to big on the vine and turning to seed, then not producing anymore fruit afterward. Thanks.
