  1. Hey James can you do an episode about a moderate food forest if you don't know if you're gonna be living in your house five years from now? Like a temporary food forest if you think you're gonna be putting 5 yrs where u live? Also how to maybe lay out some trees that if somebody else doesn't want to garden as committed as we have done if they can still find value in some of the plants that you've started? I love where I live but our family will outgrow our home in a few years. I was looking at my raised garden beds, and in ground sections that I'm developing soil, all my bushes …. and if somebody were to come in and live in my home after me, where could they either enjoy the garden beds or disassemble and just level the yard- (Allbeit the best soil they could spread and have a grass yard if done ) with the current movement towards gardening more at home will somebody find value in the way I have laid my garden out? Or is a it a negative that your yard has been converted?

  2. Oh My Gosh! Tomato Sandwiches! I love those things! Everyone thinks I'm crazy, but they are the best sandwich in the world! Must be an east coast thing cause I was born in Maryland and spent lots of time in PA with Grandma and Grandpa! What an amazing memory you just sent out! Thanks James and Tuck!

  3. I know you mentioned living in a humid area, but I live in SC where it’s humid and it thunderstorms a lot. A couple years our raised bed garden was drowned by one week’s worth of heavy rains. Mulching seems counterintuitive to me. I understand it feeds the soil…does that mean better drainage, and in the case of sustained heavy rains, does it discourage mildew growth, etc.? I love your channel and all the info in your videos. Thank you!

  4. Thank you James. Your videos are fun, full of information and get me more hyped for being in my garden. I have a little garden dog as well we both say woof woof to tuck. What you are doing is awesome and inspiring. I have a young food forest and somedays I feel I need so much help. Then I watch your videos and it’s positivity to make me realize I got this.

  5. Do you realize there are many elder smericanrs who cannot afford to make ends meet, no matter if they give you one dollar or not? I planned as best I could for my retirement. With huge medical bills my reserves have been wiped out. I can’t go Ivey ou one dollar. Mydeficet is too vast! Idhopedto die before I reChed this point!

  6. One day soon people will be quoting you, James. It's bc of you I had a truck load of oak wood chips with leaves dumped on my property from a local tree removal service company. I told them what I needed and he knew exactly what to provide. Food forest year 1. Thanks for being you and for making this content!

  7. Just found your videos and have subscribed. Love your energy and passion. What county are you in? Are you in a suburban community and have you had neighbors who complain about what you have done? I would like to try this is a smaller scale since I’m almost 70, but not sure my neighbors would be happy. I’m in Camden County.

  8. Hey James, can you make a video on how to save your seeds for the following year,I would love to know the best way and I'd like your opinion or your way of doing it.
    Thank you.
