  1. Sage advice Curtis! I appreciate all your videos and informative content on the channel. Just curious, how do you handle all the mundane daily farm tasks when you are travelling or on vacation, and how would that scale in proportion to the farm/garden operations? Thanks.

  2. Hey Curtis, love the videos. Could you do a video on “pick your own” farms one day. Just curious what your thoughts are on them. I have been noticing in my area, Ontario Canada, they are slowly disappearing. Thanks, keep up the good work,
    Greg

  3. This is a great idea. I know that farming is very time intensive. I have a wife and 4 kids and am seriously considering starting a farm to be able to spend more time with them BUT…how am I going to still be able to go on vacation and have that family time? Can you make a video or send me a message with how you managed this? Thx!

  4. I am a 15 year old kid with that wants to farm crop to make money. My question is how do I sell these crops?Like do I go to a restaurant do I have to set something up with grocery stores so what do I have to do?

  5. Taxation is only theft if the money is improperly used. Ie. Lining the pockets of politicians. But I would pay higher taxes if we had near-perfect roads, good healthcare for everyone, and education based on merit rather than wealth.

  6. As a farm it’s super true! People think it’s fun and just going to be fun. I’m on day 93 waking up and 5am. It’s fun and I love it but after a few years it getting to be a lot.

  7. Hi Curtis. Long time follower – first time question-er! 😉 (well I always have questions!) First and foremost, thank you for taking your valuable time to educate! I know I speak for thousands when I say I bloody appreciate it. What are your thoughts on market gardening on a sloped sections? (I would guess my gradient would range between 10-20 degrees) – roughly 1 – 1.5 acres of space to use… Sloped sections are relatively cheap compared to those gorgeous easy to navigate flat sections (However I honestly would be saving myself 200K plus if I compared my property to a similar property of flat land). I have been looking through youtube and other online references with no real direction and ideas for setups etc. The good point of the section is I own it, I have amazing water supply and it is north facing for great sun. I honestly do not know where to begin and if it could be financially viable. My goal is to be able to run it as a business making half decent cash flow. Any advice would be more than appreciated! (I am from Otago, the South Island of NZ)
