For some strange reason my Christmas tree has started to grow. But I’m no fool, I’m taking advantage and foraging for spruce tips in my living room. I have foraged for spruce tips in the past, and really enjoy them. But our favorite way to have them is soaked in gin, so I’m sharing my spruce tip gin recipe, as well as a few other tips and tricks.
