HOW TO GROW BLACK TULSI/HOLY BASIL FROM SEEDS
DAIZZ’S TIP:-
SOIL-Tulsi grows well in loamy and fertile soil with good drainage.
SUNLIGHT:Holy basil thrives in full sun but grows in partial shade too, at least four hours of sunlight a day is required.
It is important to pinch tops of Tulsi plant when they are forming four or six pairs of leaves, this will make the plant grow bushier. Even the flower buds need to be removed when they appear. It grows more lush and full when seed production is prevented

thank you for your video. i followed the steps and seeds germinated in almost 2 weeks but their growth is very slow even after another 2 weeks. i keep them in shade in balcony. should i keep them in sunlight for few hrs ?
So after 25 days do we move the pot from shade to direct sun
Why did your basil turn brown? Was it absence of humidity? What about placing a cut plastic coke bottle over the plant ?

I have a query
I have a seedling of basil growing, but it just has its cotelydons right now, and the true leaves were coming, they were little, but now they are being damaged, what's the reason and will my seedling survive if its first true leaves are damages but cotelydons are still there? And if not, how shall I revieve it?

Separate seeds from spent flower heads with blender or shake in bag. Strain & blow chaff away.
Cover self polilnating plants, like basil, with small hole mesh bag to reduce cross polination & bug infestation & shake plant to help pollination. Pass the word.
