this is not the proper environment for a dojo fish! they can grow up to 12 inches and need a much bigger tank, not to mention that they need a family! they are very social. this is horrible.
Normally I'm all for Nano tanks and unconventional ideas. But I actually own Loaches and know how active they are. This is WORST than a jail cell.

Are dojo loaches very common over there? I have one in my tank myself. I Never thought they would be so easy to catch!
