  1. I used a mouth guard for two years running at my work. Of course I was a bar bouncer. If it got where I put in the guard. Things calmed real quick. I had a recurring nightmare though. I was figured someday, someone would be starting the fight, and put his own mouthguard in.

  2. I can never get a mouth guard to fit right and ive had jaw problems for years that cause pain and i also gring my teeth. I recently chiped my front tooth ( more noticable) so i know your pain.

  3. As someone who lost ALL her teeth before the age of 25 due to a car accident. I ate dash board. I agree and can testify how important it is to take THE BEST CARE of your teeth you can. I wish I could have dentures. But I also lost part of my jaw bone. So unless I can pay THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS I cant get implants. PLEASE EVERYONE take care of your teeth. I cant eat Apples. I cry over that all the time. I LOVE APPLES. I cant eat chips. I cant eat a NUMBER of things and it is hard to make food I can eat. AGAIN PLEASE EVERYONE take care of your teeth.

  4. I was feeding my goats, had buckets one in each hand and I tripped. Instead of letting go I fell face down on my Yepchin. Split my dentures in half and knocked the two front teeth out. Yep accidents happens.

  5. This is a great idea. I wish you had done this video a couple months ago before I chipped my tooth. Hahaha I guess I will be getting one of those myself. Need one for tooth grinding at night now as well right now as well at the moment. Thanks for this one.

  6. Goodness you crack me up! I have to say this doesn't happen to just "older" people. When I was young and workin' on a sow farm I used my teeth to pull the cap off a needle to vaccinate some sows. Well, dummy me lost a chunk of a molar doing that. Let's just say I didn't do that again. 😉 Thank you for the very good advise!

  7. Wait! What? You have your own teeth? I can see your problem right there. I just take my "teeth" out when I'm working ~8^) Seriously though …. a mouth guard is a very good idea. I used to chip my teeth just when I wrestled with my dogs. I could not keep a filling in one of my top incisors from gritting my teeth and eventually had to get a bridge. Long story short … I finally had to have all my teeth pulled and am in "training" to get my permanent dentures. Let me be the first to say that it is a whole lot less painful (physical pain & wallet drainage pain) to take care of your real teeth than to get dentures …. especially if you end up needing a couple of bone grafts and implants. My teeth have not liked me my whole life, and frankly I'm glad to be rid of them. Now the fun part starts …. not really. Take care ….. of those teeth ….. you have some nice ones …. considering your recreational choices. Did a little bit of tae kwon do while stationed in Germany back in the mid 70's for the exercise, and the discipline. Kinda regret not sticking with it, but at the same time I was doing enough other physical activities to choke a horse, and gave it up when I left Germany…… it sure was fun though. All my belts are brown or camo these days …. take care.
