We have a milk cow, love the milk, I grew up on a dairy , thanks for the video!!
I feel SO good after drinking raw milk! Illegal in my state so I have to drive to get it
I've been raised on raw milk; grew up in the Appalachian mountains of Pennsylvania and my family swears by raw milk as almost a "cure all". Helps with stomach pain, gets you to sleep faster and helps you sleep better, and keeps your immune system working and strong!
If you have pathogens and consuming raw milk, you may experience a healing crisis or herxihmer effect, I know I sure did, felt like crap, but after the first couple of weeks I started feeling amazing, God bless raw milk
There is no doubt about it, after I tried Raw milk!
Before this I was thinking about Raw milk and worried about pasteurization.
Only way to drink the milk is raw milk. Raw milk is live food with beneficial microbes and enzymes in it.
Pasteurization turns milk into slow poison, you get chronic conditions which will show after 5-10 years!
I thought I was just sick, then I remembered seeing your video, I am coming off raw milk and it's really crappy. I have to go get some more now that I know what's wrong with me.
Is Raw milk in California? I really want to get some. It’s ridiculous how the government is banning that.
Loved spending summers on my uncle's farm …. omg worst thing in the world waiting for the milk to chill lol
Love this video! thank you so much for speaking the truth. I have a question, if you put the milk inside the refrigerator what happens to the bacterias?
Great video and I also LOVE raw milk! Where can I get more information about this subject? I didn't know this, but I'm interested in learning more about it! Because in the future I might have to go without milk for a couple of weeks, and I drink around 20 liters every week 🙂
I sub cuz she is awesome at this and funny
My husband is from Mexico and they grew up drinking raw milk. He took me to a local farm that sold good quality raw milk and it's the best!
my kids were raised on raw goat milk. my husband refuses to like it. even when it was sweet so so so much tastier (and i dont even like milk!) so we got a COW….. no. he still wouldnt touch it because it was raw. So i started pasteurizing it. Nope again.
So I asked him…..
Does it taste funny?
No…
Is it too creamy? should i skim the cream off?
No…
then what?! why arent you drinking it?! You wouldn't touch the goat milk because it was GOAT milk!
Because I don't trust it….
BUT I COOKED IT!! You trust me to cook eggs, hamburgers and everything else! I cook every meal from scratch! why is this different?
I dont know!!!
I give up on him…..
I don't drink milk because I'm borderline lactose intolerant – raw milk doesn't mess my stomach up, but any kind of dairy makes me feel incredibly exhausted. I eat my cereal before bed to help me sleep lol
But my kids enjoy it. However we have sooooo much milk that no one is drinking (it was my moms idea to get the cow, and she doesn't even drink the milk…) at this point we're feeding it to the chickens or the pigs, or the dogs or the farm cats….. there's just so much of it. And this isn't even a dairy cow. She's highland/hereford who makes just enough to be a pain in my rear end. I can't imagine having a jersey.
Awesome information from WV
Lol I drank a 1/2 gallon my first time. No bad reaction at all. I loved it.❤
My neighbor just started giving me some beautiful raw milk. I’m glad I found your channel. Filter? What do you mean?
Thank you for sharing. I'm wondering if this was my issue recently. I go to an amish farm every 2 wks & get a few gallons but had a few days without before my trip.
Love this girl!!! LOL!!!… But yeah, I was raised on Raw Milk… Local Dairy is the BEST!!!
Do you have any tips for someone who started it too fast? My fiancé and have just purchased some a few days ago and loved it so much that I think we got carried away how much we drank. A little nausea.. Any advice to deter it?
I've never had that problem. I buy a gallon maybe once a month. Drink as much as i want and not have it for a few weeks.
HI, I totally agree about raw milk. I buy it from a local farmer and must drink 2 leters a day. It's that good. But I do heat it to 165 degrees for 15 seconds. It is not my cow and I am afraid of any contamination I don't know aobut. I live in Colombia, South America and although the milk comes very clean, I am try to be extra cautious. Do you feel I am ruining all the benefits by mini-pasteurizing it? Is there a way around doing that that will guarantee my health?
I grew up on Raw Cows Milk and now I live in a state where it's legal and I can try different farms fresh Raw Milk right from the market! I make Raw Butter and Kefir and Ice Cream!
I agree you can't just stop drinking it cold Turkey! I took vacation for 2 weeks and wasn't feeling my best and once I got home and had some milk I was all better!
I like it ICE cold!
Raw milk is sooo expensive in my area.
I was dairy farm it's all true
Hi,
Sorry to bother. I need help with some information. I live in Mauritius and want to start drinking Raw Milk. Over the past generations it was very common to have many famers and even my grandparents raised cows. But now its pretty hard to get access to it but I did however.
I got my raw milk yesterday but I learned that it was unfortunately not 100% grass fed and it might be challenging to get that. It was from a local farm and they claim to love the cows but don't allow people to visit as they fear for govt intervention.
They claimed that the cows had a 80% grass and 20% corn diet. I did decide to try drinking it and I drank around 700ml since yesterday. I was thinking about drinking 2L in 3 days.
I did notice that my mouth feels itchy after drinking and it kind of stays with me through the day.
I feel unsure currently about its safety but I really want to get on drinking raw milk after having learned about its benefits.
I drank almost 2 cups raw cows milk today for the first time. After watching this, hoping I won't have any issues.
Its hard to find raw milk where I live. Anyway I enjoy watching your videos. Love your southern accent.
If you freeze dry raw milk will you still have the bad experience when you switch from fresh raw milk to freeze dried reconstituted raw milk?
I drank 2 cups of raw milk on my first time and had a moderate anaphylactic reaction. I drank it straight from a cow 3 minutes after it was milked.
Should I go back or try again or just not do it?
